By placing an order for a custom pet portrait, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is required to confirm your commission and secure your place in the queue.

Final Payment
The remaining 80% of the commission fee, plus any applicable postage or delivery costs, is due after the portrait is completed and approved by you. The artwork will be shipped once the final payment is received.

No Refund Policy
As the deposit is non-refundable, cancellations or refunds are not available once the order is confirmed and the deposit is paid.

Reference Photographs

All portraits are created based on photographs provided by you. For the best possible result, photos should be:

High-resolution
Clear and in-focus

If the images do not meet the necessary standard, I may request new references or, if needed, decline the commission. I’ll work with you to resolve this before beginning your artwork.

Timeline & Delivery

I aim to complete each portrait within 4 weeks of receiving the deposit.

Delivery Time
Please allow additional time for shipping. While I do my best to complete portraits promptly, I cannot guarantee an exact delivery date due to factors beyond my control (e.g., postal delays).

Urgent Requests
If you need the artwork by a specific date (e.g., for a gift or event), please let me know when booking. I will try to accommodate you, but this is not guaranteed.

Cancellations & Revisions

Cancellations
Once your deposit is received, your order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

Revisions
Small adjustments can sometimes be made, depending on the stage of the artwork. Major revisions may not be feasible once work has begun.

Artist’s Right to Cancel

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, inability to complete the work to a satisfactory standard, or unsuitable reference materials.

In such cases, a full refund, including the deposit, will be provided. No further claims or compensation will be offered.

Use of Artwork & Copyright

I retain the copyright and reproduction rights for all artwork I create, even after the physical piece is delivered.

I may share completed portraits on my website, social media, or promotional materials. If you'd prefer your portrait to remain private (e.g., for a surprise gift), please let me know when placing your order.

Ownership
Upon final payment, the physical artwork becomes yours to keep or gift. However, reproducing or using the image for commercial purposes without written permission is not allowed.

Shipping & Packaging

Once your commission is complete, I’ll send you photos of the finished portrait for your approval. You’ll always have the option to request adjustments before I ship it out. Of course, I hope you’ll love it right away — but please don’t hesitate to let me know if there’s anything you’d like changed. I want it to be just right for you, and I’m always happy to make tweaks!

Prices vary slightly depending on the size of your portrait and where about's in the world you are! If your country isn't listed here please let me know where you're from so i can send you a quote for shipping!

1-2 day delivery service, includes insurance up to £1000.

Sizes up to 16x16" = £10

Sizes 16x24" and above = £15

USA

5-7 working day delivery including insurance up to the value of £1000.

Sizes up to 16x16 = £30

Sizes 16x24" and above = £45

Ireland

2 working day delivery, including insurance up to the value of £1000.

Sizes up to 16x16" = £20

Sizes 16x24" and above = £25

Communication

Please provide all relevant details when placing your order, including:

Size of the portrait
Preferred background (if any)
Special requests or notes

You’ll be kept informed about the progress of your portrait, and I’ll notify you when it’s ready for approval.

Privacy Policy

Your details (name, contact info, address) will only be used to process and deliver your order. I will never share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties, except when necessary for shipping or legal compliance.

If you request your artwork not be shared online, I will fully respect your wishes.
