Process

​

Once a brief is agreed, I take a 20% non-refundable deposit to book in the commission slot and I will give an estimation of the completion time. When the portrait is complete I will send a high-quality photo of the finished artwork. If you would like progress updates I can send these too. As long as you are happy with the portrait I then send the final invoice and the portrait can be shipped.

Reference photos

A clear photo reference makes all the difference! For the best results, please share a high-resolution image taken in natural daylight. Most phone cameras work perfectly, but it’s best to use the original photo instead of a screenshot—this keeps the full resolution and helps me capture all the fine details for a more accurate and realistic result.

SHIPPING

Your artwork is supplied unframed and unmounted. Each portrait comes with a hand-signed certificate of authenticity and a pastel care guide.

Postage to anywhere in the UK is £10 using Royal Mail Special Delivery, a tracked and signed for service. For international delivery please contact me for a quotation.
